3. Payment Failures

4. Installments and Pre-Authorization
Currently, we do not offer installment plans. Some banks or PayPal may place a temporary pre-authorization hold on your funds during the transaction. This hold is automatically released according to your bank’s or PayPal’s policies.
5. Refunds and Order Cancellation
If a successfully paid order is canceled, refunds will be returned to the original PayPal account. The processing time depends on PayPal’s policies.
6. Payment Limits
Orders may be subject to minimum or maximum payment amounts. Any limits will be clearly indicated during checkout.
7. Liability Statement
NARDEA is not responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect customer-provided information, PayPal restrictions, or issues outside our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and that their PayPal account allows the transaction.
